How does Cash on Delivery (COD) & order verification work?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via Cash on Delivery. All COD orders require a quick phone or WhatsApp verification within 24 hours of placement prior to dispatch. Once confirmed, orders are dispatched from Lahore within 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 2 to 4 working days (4 to 7 working days for remote areas).
Can I open the parcel before paying the courier rider?
Courier riders operate under strict safety guidelines and are NOT permitted to open parcels for inspection prior to cash payment. Please keep the exact order cash amount ready. If the outer flyer is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
What is your 7-Day Return & Refund Policy?
We offer a 7-day Return & Refund Policy on unworn items in original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of artificial jewelry, claims for damaged, broken, or missing items require an unedited parcel unboxing video recorded at the time of opening. Approved refunds are processed in 3 to 5 working days via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

Yes! Our jewelry is crafted from 316L stainless steel & 925 sterling silver with 18K gold PVD plating, 100% lead-free, nickel-free, and hypoallergenic. To ensure longevity, avoid contact with perfumes, water, moisture, or harsh chemicals (damage due to chemical contact or improper care is non-refundable).
