Refund policy

At TRIVO ESSENTIALS, we strive to deliver high-quality artificial jewelry. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory item, we offer a hassle-free 7-day Return and Refund Policy under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags, pouch/box, and proof of purchase (invoice or order reference).

  • Unboxing Proof: Due to the delicate nature of artificial jewelry, claims for damaged, broken, or missing items require an unedited parcel unboxing video recorded at the time of opening.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional sales.

  • Products damaged due to improper care, contact with perfume, water, moisture, or harsh chemicals.

  • Unsolicited returns sent back without prior approval from our customer support team.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team via Email at trivoessentials@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 311 4606604 with your Order ID, clear photos/videos of the item, and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will be provided with our return dispatch address in Lahore.

  3. Repack the item securely and ship it back using a traceable local courier service.

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Company Error: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, TRIVO ESSENTIALS will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.

  • Customer Preference: If the return is due to change of mind or personal choice, the customer is responsible for return courier charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

  • Alternatively, customers may opt for Store Credit / Discount Voucher for future purchases.
