Trivo Essentials is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

To complete purchases, you must provide complete, current, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities conducted under your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS, JEWELRY CARE & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and dimensions of our artificial jewelry as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to device display settings and studio lighting.

Material & Skin Sensitivity: All products sold by Trivo Essentials are high-grade artificial, fashion, or metal alloy jewelry containing base metals and synthetic platings unless explicitly stated otherwise. Trivo Essentials is not liable for skin allergies, rashes, or reactions caused by contact with base metal alloys.
Wear & Oxidation: Artificial jewelry naturally oxidizes, tarnishes, or loses polish over time when exposed to water, sweat, humidity, perfumes, hairsprays, or chemicals. Normal wear-and-tear or chemical discoloration does not constitute a product defect.
Product Limits: We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, limit purchase quantities per customer, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) VERIFICATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Trivo Essentials reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any order for any reason.

COD Phone/WhatsApp Verification: All Cash on Delivery orders require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call prior to dispatch. If our verification team cannot reach you on the provided phone number within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
Order Modifications & Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered item becomes out of stock or fails our quality check prior to packing, we reserve the right to remove the item from your order, dispatch the remaining items, and adjust the final COD invoice accordingly.
Personal Use: Purchases are strictly for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Prices for our products are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Posted prices exclude shipping charges unless stated otherwise during promotional offers.

In the event that an item is mispriced due to a technical or typographical error, Trivo Essentials reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even if an order confirmation has been issued.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, COURIER RULES & RISK OF LOSS

Dispatch typically takes 24 to 48 hours from Lahore (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Standard transit time within Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days post-dispatch.

Courier Inspection Policy: Per national courier partner regulations (TCS, Leopard, Trax, Call Courier, etc.), courier riders are strictly prohibited from allowing customers to open parcels prior to full payment collection on COD orders.
Failed Deliveries: You must keep your contact number reachable. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone, or customer refusal, Trivo Essentials reserves the right to revoke COD purchasing privileges for your account on future orders.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier operational backlogs, severe weather, unexpected road closures, or public sit-ins/protests across Pakistan.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All store content—including logos, product imagery, brand banners, design layouts, graphics, and written content—is the exclusive intellectual property of Trivo Essentials and is protected by the copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Pakistan. Copying, scraping, reproducing, or commercially redistributing our media without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools or integrations (such as direct WhatsApp support widgets, tracking tools, or local payment gateways) over which we exercise no direct control. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIVO ESSENTIALS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LOGISTICS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR STORE, DELAYS IN DELIVERY, OR THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT PROCURED FROM OUR STORE.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising under these terms shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
